Sales Executive - Job Posting

Position Overview:

As a Sales Executive at Sustema, you'll play a key role in driving our sales initiatives and expanding our market presence across New Jersey. This position involves direct sales of our specialized furniture to new and existing clients, with a focus on creating and nurturing long-term relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients in various sectors, including corporate, healthcare, and education.

• Conduct client visits and presentations to demonstrate product features and benefits

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions

• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to our company's growth objectives

• Provide feedback from clients to our design and production teams to help in the development of new products

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

 

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and build lasting relationships.

• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets.Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

• Ability to travel within New Jersey as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
